Anyone used eco tech for windows?

Looking to get our windows replaced and had eco tech give us a quote for 25k for 11 windows. I don’t know much about windows or renovations in general and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them.

They mentioned that they do lifetime insurance so that’s what made them seem like an attractive option.
