Random exhaustion after 2 weeks

Is this typical? I’ve been on Qelbree for two weeks now after being on Vyvanse for 8 years…. and in the afternoon or early evening I get narcoleptic-level tired and literally have to nap. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

I can’t keep doing this though and want to know if there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.
