Which monitor should i choose? Oled or mini-led

Hi. In March i wanna make upgrade from my LENOVO Legion R27fc-30 27" 1920x1080px 240Hz 0.5 ms to 27 inch 1440p Monitor, but i dont know if i should choose oled or mini-led, i mostly play Rockstar games such as GTA online and RDR online but also few other games, but the problem is that those games have a static minimap which cant be turn off, and i also have rivatuner in my top left corner to see fps, gpu usage , cpu usage etc. And i also prefer playing in a very dark room, I would really appreciate your help in comments.
