Is it still worth it to buy storage?

Planning on replacing my 1tb hdd with a 1tb sata ssd, but with the prices going up is it still worth it or just wait until it goes down? Current I have a 128gb nvme and 1tb hdd, i will be replacing the hdd since all of my files are there while the ssd has the windows OS. Also plan to upgrade my monitor and keyboard but if the prices won't be going down for a while i might just spend it on the monitor and new keyboard.
