Logged out of WhatsApp for no reason

Hello. I have been logged out of WhatsApp this morning for no reason and it says my number is registered on a new device. This was before the update and now I’ve updated it but still an unable to login. I haven’t received any codes on sms, phone calls, or clicked any weird links. So I have no idea how this happened. Is this a bug? People tried calling me on WhatsApp and they say my WhatsApp isn’t ringing. I’m worried if I’ve been hacked.
