Shop to send in wishlist to?

Hi! I’m looking to start a master set of my favorite pokemon. Is there any places that I can upload a wishlist and they can see what they have in their inventory? Ideally a local small business shop, but if there’s some other options I’d love to hear it! (I know TCGplayer is an option, but I’m still paying the same in shipping that I am for the cards themselves after cart optimize.) thanks!
