Previous surgeries

Im looking to join (sign up) in the summer and im yet to start the process. I broke my arm quite badly in 2022 doing an arm wrestle and I had to have surgery on it. In the end I got a metal plate with 16 pins going into the bone. Will this cause any problems with medical? The arm is fine now and back to full strength.
