Windmill cookies are excellent

Every once in a while I’ll treat myself to a box of cookies on my TJs visit. My store is only 800’ away from my home, we call it “The Pantry” because if it’s earlier than 9pm we just walk down to get anything we need.

The windmill almond cookies may well be my most favorite dessert in the whole store. We love a few of the ice cream flavors, espresso bean blast, mint chip, and vanilla, but honestly the windmill cookies are just amazing. If I lacked self control I’d buy them weekly.
