CBFinAid the submit button isn't working?

I uploaded all my documents and im told to press submit and I do. It didn't send me to a page or anything so I refresh and re-upload the documents. If anyone has done this, please tell me this is normal. It tells me uploads successful, but idk I just want to double check.
