Student loan discharge Physician letter

Hello, I applied for a tpd discharge w/ a physician certification in 10/2025. I keep getting emails saying they are closing my duplicate applications, but still no updates on my application. I haven’t created duplicate applications, but that’s the only emails I’m getting in regard to this. Can anyone tell me a timeline for a tpd decision using a letter from your physician? Thank you.
