What does “ooo clock it” mean?

For context [person 1] was talking badly about Alysa Liu an American figure skater in the Winter Olympics and I said they had a mind of a child. [person 2] said oooo clock it , [person 3] said FR Clock it.

Am I so old that I don’t understand what kids on internet are saying anymore smh.
