Holy Panic Pricing

I recently turned 21 so I thought it’d be cool to start looking for my first handgun. For context, I’ve been wanting a Glock 19 or 17. Now fast forward to a few days ago, I walk into a store in the Sacramento area and they have used Glocks in their cases. Now with the ban coming I expected a bit of a higher price but $650+ for a scuffed up used Glock 19 seems a bit much? I’m not too well informed on what the “norm” is but I’m sure that a Glock in better condition would be worth that price tag?
