Loss of account access please help and loss of email

Help pls guys I have an account. I know the username and email but no access to email or account please help me get into account or email please if anyone knows if there is a way to get the password to the email that would help. greatly if you need the username for anything reach out to me or if u have any advice please reach out I have so many games and money tied .up in this account I have well over 3000 hours of play time on this account I do not want to restart please anyone I am looking for answers please and thank you
