When i scratch my eczema my foot starts hurting???

okay so I know I'm not supposed to scratch my eczema but sometimes I can't help it.

I have multiple allergies and eczema and its only ever on my elbow and arms but lately when I scratch my inner arms and elbows my foot and calves start cramping/hurting????

is this normal?? does anyone else experience this??? also like what the hell even is this how does that happen I'm so confused please tell me I'm not alone in this.

it's like a weird cramping sensation but it only happens when I'm scratching.

It hurts so much I can't really scratch it anymore and I guess thats good but then I'm left with a horrible itch and nothing actually works for that too.

Advice and help is very welcome.
