Brock Kinesiology vs UVic Recreation & Health Education – How to choose?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to decide between Kinesiology at Brock University and Recreation & Health Education at the University of Victoria.

I’m interested in health, fitness, and possibly careers like physiotherapy, occupational therapy, teaching, or health-related fields.

For those familiar with these programs:

• How do the programs compare in difficulty?
• Which one offers better career flexibility?
• How are job prospects after graduation?
• Any regrets or things you wish you knew before choosing?
