Is there such thing as specific apartments/buildings (whether to rent or to buy) that allow for subletting, within the first year?

Advice/Question

I'm wondering how feasible it would be for me to find a rental apartment...or else a co-op to purchase...and which would allow me to sublet, for a few months at a time, and starting in the first year? I know that some co-op bldgs might allow subletting, after you (i.e., the apartment owner) have lived in the bldg for a year or two. But I'm wondering if there are bldgs that might allow it from the start? And is the assumption that such buildings tend to have problems...bad tenants...parties...Airbnb guests, etc? Or might there be some such buildings, but which somehow have stricter rules to ensure that subletting doesn't become problematic for the rest of the building?

And if I just want to find myself an apartment to rent (not to buy), and I then want to sublet it out, for a few months at a time, every now and then....do such apartments/landlords exist, and if so, how would I find them?

Anyone out there having experience, either as a renter or a co-op apt owner, and who's been able to sublet out their apartment? Or do you think many folks might do this, but on the downlow, and in larger, more anonymous buildings, where such subletting may go unnoticed (and so long as the sublettor is responsible)?

Thanks!
