How did they get Yang's arm back from Mercury?

When Yang runs after Raven to the chamber of the relic towards the end of the Haven fight, Merc grabs her by the prosthetic to stop her but she just detaches it to keep running. Later we just never see the arm again for the rest of the scene even when we get back to the fighting in the lobby where Emerald has her meltdown.
