Are there any Tick and flea oral options for cats?

My cats don’t do well with topicals (revolution a popular one one I know of) or cones (they escape from it every time, no matter how well it’s put on 😞 ), and I’m looking for oral OTC options, safe for cats.

Im trying to keep them as inside cats, but I just want to be safe, because they love standing behind the front and back door, and occasionally running out before getting caught and brought back inside (they are both are neutered and have had their rabies shot)

I’ve googled some options but wanted to come here and ask.
