Laptop never wants to stay on wifi

I have an omen 16 gaming laptop and no matter what I do, using an external wifi adapter, restarting the adapter, resetting settings, flushing winsock, updating drivers, installing different drivers, I tried the power settings but when I went to do it, it didn't EXIST, the wifi has disconnected multiple times while making this post, I'm on windows 11, I tried scanning for virus, nothing, I just cannot deal with this anymore. I literally reset windows and the problem returned within 3 days
