Massive Backup VALENTINES DAY

There's a massive backup on glenmore Trail, both sides blocked off, the ramp on 14th and both ways are on glenmore are full blocked off, absolute insane! People are starting to walk, cars are going up the opposite ramp, cop cars everywhere blocking everything, possible major crash? God forbid, but possibly an individual jumping off the bridge over the reservoir? Haven't seen something like this.

Anybody who's seen it, or knows what's going on, any thoughts welcome
