Giving up on Probability and Statistics

I enrolled in the Academy introductory course and have been struggling with this class for 7 weeks. I have not heard from my coach once outside the initial email where we scheduled a WebEx meeting which she cancelled 45 minutes beforehand. I understand life happens but I spent a couple weeks floundering without guidance or understanding how to navigate anything initially. I had a brief call with a different coach, and they said the material is not accessible on the mobile app until I am actually enrolled at WGU. So all my studying that I can squeeze in during the work day is via different websites like Khan or whatever I can find that's free.

I have been struggling with this class so much and the more I study and try to memorize the probability formulas the more I regress where I'm overthinking simple problems. It's to the point I can't open the course without having a complete mental collapse. I had the final exam scheduled tomorrow but I cancelled it because I now have zero confidence that I can even do a college program at all.

Does anyone have any advice? I've been doing problems on Khan, watching YouTube videos, and I've worked through the module questions multiple times and done the overall course review. I work 7am to 6pm on weekdays and cannot log in for any of the live sessions. I do well on all of the module questions, yet I can't even pass the practice exam! It's like I'm only retaining very specifically worded questions, instead of the actual concepts. I'm worried I don't have the mental capacity to do this and sent an email to my coach saying as much, but no response. Is quitting even an option or do I have to pay the subscription until I pass the exam?

I figure if I can't even handle an introductory class in two months, there's no possibility I can do the minimum 4 classes required each term. I am so frustrated with myself and it's doing damage to my mental state.
