The Good Ol' Days

Any very long term employees remember when going to work at petsmart was actually fun. We were always well staffed between stocker, cashiers and pet care specialists. Managers actually got to be managers and DLs barely visited. The stress was mostly from a distance and usually over member conversions, sign ups and puppy guides. Not constant visits and meetings with corporate. If you were a little behind on planner or pogs it was ok because no one really knew. You didn't have to validate it on walks and you knew you would it get done. I used to to love doing pogs and setting planner now I hate it because it just feels like constant stress trying to do it with not enough hours and constant interruptions. It's sad because it will never be that way again.
