FTM with 5 do

Hi, my LO was born on the 10th and had a bad tounge tie (which was sorted today).

I had a 2 day LC crash course after giving birth but I was fighting the tounge tie so put down the pinchyness to that. I have alot of nipple trauma from day1 still.

I believe he starts of with a great latch but I've noticed he gets tired and slips abit so areola is visable around his chin too. He lasts about 20 mins before falling asleep on the boob and doesn't detach from my nip. His chin just isn't opening up enough no matter what technique I do 😫 my most successful is the thumbs up one but it still ends up pinchy... Help
