Multi-WIP authors, how do you choose what to work on?

I just went through major surgery and will have a ton of time as I have the next three weeks off from work (I've already gotten over the worst hump of recovery I think from resting this week). I plan on resting more of course as needed, but I don't want to waste a second of not writing!

I have a shitload of WIPs, some are comfortably one shots, others are multichatpered if not longfics, and since the show I write for is currently airing, I want to get something out for the fandom as soon as I can. I just don't know how to decide what to work on, when I feel pretty inspired to work on all of them.

So I come here to ask others: how do you decide which WIP to work on when you have more than one (and are motivated to write for more than one)?
