Common Following & Improved Follower Dialogue Lydia

LLO I have Improved Follower Dialogue Lydia ( in the audio ) and Common Following SE ( in npc ai ). Everything was going great, no double options cool, then I tell her to " relax here awhile " and then I try to get her to follow again but no option to tell her to follow. I have all the patches, they are located directly below their perspective mods. Any suggestions?
