Theory about Simon/Charley

I wonder if Charley and Simon are related. it is interesting that we just learned that Charley had a brother this season during his conversation with Simon. Apparently the actor for Charley, Nick Pugliese, has said that we’re going to learn Charley’s last name this season. It could be that Simon’s biological father was Charley’s brother, that could be an interesting development, especially considering the tension Yuri and Charley had at the beginning of this season when thinking about whether Yuri might have any living descendants.
