My autistic friend is undocumented from Canada, may be getting evicted, has no ID

My autistic friend was born in Canada, his mother brought him here when he was still a minor, she became a citizen and successfully got him on SSI benefits but he has never become a citizen, I think he was a DREAMER when DACA was active. He hasn't been taking proper care of himself and got a 14 day notice for his apartment, I'm not sure what his options would be if he gets evicted, he's in Montana.
