Foliculitus / Acne Increasing - Please help

Hey all, M47
Been on TRT, HCG, Anastrozole, for several years now and I am just fed up with either:
A) Foliculitus
B) TRT Induced Acne

The two I cannot figure out how to treat. The acne is primarily around the back of my hairline, some around the beard and temple area. Isolated section right in middle of pecks/chest.
They do form whiteheads, are sore, itchy and often tender at all times.
I was prescribed an antibacterial wash and some topical ointment... shit doesnt really work even consistently using them. Derms all just want to push some prescription.

Am I doomed and just have to live with this?

I take 3m of T two times a week.

  • I do have good hygiene
  • I try to change my pillowcases fairly often

  • Multi vitamin
  • Vit D3
  • Fish oil
  • DHEA
  • Iodine/Iodide
  • Zinc
  • Vit C
