Any domme using only fans or fansly

Quick question, many dommes use this plataforms to AV, but Is this the only thing you use them for? A domme i met today ask me to make a fansly account and follow her there, which i find unusual. She didnt have any other followers so i was kind of the "only fan" there.... It was excitnting.
