Is it hard to have a name change sealed?

Changing my last name for different reasons, but want to have it sealed due to harassment, so I would prefer the change to be more inaccessible to the public. Other than the regular form & then I know there’s a section on it asking if you want it sealed and why— will they require anything additional? Thanks in advance.
