Dealers won’t give lease numbers without deposit or credit app. Is this normal?

Hi all, perhaps this isn’t the right thread but any help would be appreciated. I’m trying to lease a 2026 RAV4 XLE AWD or SE AWD and I’m getting stonewalled. Every dealer acts like I’m asking for classified information when I ask for the actual lease breakdown. They want a credit app and or deposit first, but won’t give a written quote that shows how they got to the monthly payment.

I’m in a Toyota Financial (2023 RAV 4) lease that ends in April with 2 payments left and I’m slightly over miles. My credit is excellent I’m ready to do this now. I just want to see the math before I give them leverage.

Is this normal now? How do I get someone to just send the numbers in writing?
