Pro pack installation on Rizta S

How many days would it take to get pro pack installed/activated in your Rizta S after delivery?

It's been a week since I bought Rizta S with the pro pack. When asked on the 4th day, showroom guys said it would take 4-5 days more for the pro pack to get activated.

Is this the scene for every purchase or is it just for me?
