Build help!

Hey guys, I’m in an honour mode run, and I’m playing a gloomstalk ranger alongside a bard Astarion (lore), a fighter Laezel (BM), and a paladin Karlach (Devotion).

I was wondering if there were any builds that might be good for the characters, I have a decent idea for my Tav, being 3 into Rogue and 9 into Gloomstalker, but I’m unsure about the rest

I want to try and make Karlach an AC tank, so she’s got the shield feat as of now, Laezel into a shock trooper of sorts, running into quick 1v1 ish situations and getting out, and Astarion into a debuffer/buffer sort of role
