How to support an LE

I’ve been dating an officer since the time he started in law enforcement, about 7 years. We’ve moved states and this department is bigger and tougher on him. I’m struggling since we live so far from family and he’s not home often and when he is he’s basically sleeping. I have a hard time because I don’t spend much time with him and I don’t get help around the house. He feels like he’s not getting support and I feel like I’m basically single. I wanted to get thoughts on how to balance this and how any officers feel supported by their significant others.
