Urgent cares with ultrasound in Middlesex or Somerset counties

Are there any urgent cares in either Middlesex or Somerset counties that have ultrasound at their facilities?

Alternatively if you went to an urgent care could they order an ultrasound or would they refer you to your PCP or whatever specialist so they could order it?
