Thinking of getting a reduction, even though I’ve never had children… What can I expect?

31 y/o I have size 36G breasts

I have never liked having big breasts. I feel so uncomfortable and awkward with them. I could never dress the way I wanted, always feeling exposed, just in general feeling like they killed self-confidence. Lately I’ve noticed that they have started to sag a lot and caused true discomfort.

I’ve been told by many people that if I get a reduction, I will not be able to breast-feed. I am not married, not even in a relationship. I may or may not decide to have children. Would getting a reduction be a bad idea at this point in my life?
