Broken iPhone 15 Pro

I bought an iPhone 15 Pro back in October 2023. Last year in December I put it on the charger and the next morning it wouldn’t turn on at all. I looked on Apples website and I really can’t afford to pay the $200+ to get it repaired. What would my best route be? Recycling it to Apple or selling it for parts? I’m not the greatest with tech so i’m not really sure if it’s worth anything since it won’t turn on.
