Please help with field labs glitch

Hey looking for some advice. I know in afop we’re meant to get calls from the field labs once they’re powered on, but my comms terminal has only worked in one field lab so far and it only worked one time.

I’ve done like 10 labs where the comm terminal is completely non functional and it’s getting frustrating. I’ve tried fast traveling there and back to fix it but that hasn’t worked. I’ve also tried quitting the game and restarting to no success.

Does anyone know what’s happening or how to fix this? Am I missing out on quests since I can’t take calls?
