Manifesting an SP that doesn’t “already exist?”

Hey all! So it’s hard for me to come by success stories or come across people that have manifested a specific person that doesn’t particularly exist in the 3D, but has an idea or image of them in your mind/imagination of who this person is, how they exactly look, and everything in between. I created a “Dream Man List” and I wrote down all of the qualities and traits I want him to have inside and out. Im wondering if anyone has experienced this or is on this side of manifesting an SP? Or if you know anyone that has done this? If so, how are you going about it? What did you do to manifest them if you successfully did it? I am just concerned that I may not meet the man that looks exactly like the man I see in my 4D/Imagination. I don’t have an SP that I want to get back or anything, this is someone that doesn’t particularly “exist”(yet). I refuse to settle for anyone less than my Dream Man.
