I am senior with substantial years of experience in the IT industry.. off late I have been feeling burnt out and not interested to work in this field anymore. At last 2 or 3 years have been pathetic . So yesterday my manager texts me to call back urgently. When I did he says there's been an escalation from client side that u don't attend their calls late in the night . Which night be true because unless it is important I skip these because it's been years living this lifestyle and I'm honestly fed up of sacrifing my personal life for these calls . He said we will sort it out on Monday . But I know I will have to face some serious flak about this. What do I do guys. I wish I knew if I cud do something else outside this corporate life. 😪
