when is the right time to invest for my education? just btech or MBA as well?

see imma avg clas12 std, kolkata probably gonna get around 80-85% in boards and my jee mains first session didn't go well. my father is clear that he can invest only one time for my education ihv looked into private clgs manipal Institute of technology and shiv nadar university noida stood out but the thing is their fees is approx 30 lakhs for 4years. but im confused should i spend that much money for btech degree (their avg package is 9-10 lpa)? or study in a tier 3 clg like heritage, iem in kolkata and then do my MBA from outside. does MBA degree actually helps for salary hike? I don't know if I'll be ready that time to spend another two years studying. my goal during the clg years will be to attain as many as bootcamps, internships possible, maintain my cgpa and build up a portfolio but being in kolkata will not let me expand my reach. Please help me out what would be best option for me.
