Buying a Car with Total Loss on CarFax - Title Question

Hi,

I'm considering buying a 2008 Prius that had a front collision and the CarFax state it as a Total Loss. This was about 18 months ago and cosmetic only with the car looking fine now. The seller has the paperwork for the fix.

I'm wondering if I do buy this vehicle if there will be issues with the title. Will this be considered a Salvage Title and then need to have a Rebuilt Title issued after getting inspected? This is for Missouri.
