Are these ADHD symptoms?

Im diagnosed with ADHD and before 2024 when I switched schools and became a whole different person I used to be really weird. I had severe anger issues, struggled to interact with people, didn't and I used to stimulate by hand flapping so are these symptoms of ADHD or something worse like Autism just curious because I really grew out of the person I used to be.
