Can I record a personal best peak flow reading after albuterol use?

I have been recording peak flows twice daily and noting down improvements after albuterol during flareups. If my peak flow gets up to a record high after using albuterol, can I record this as my new personal maximum? Or does the personal best need to be without medication?
