Which is a better offer?

Hey guys I need help on below. Look forward to your wisdom and insights.

Company A:

1. Big local company with regional presence

2. 1 day work from home per week but require dropping a note/request to manager; travelling time is long

3. Job pace - slow and not demanding; manager are generally more lenient; colleagues are typical much older than my age group

4. Job stability - 8/10 (some level of retrenchment but never hit my department and likely won’t for the FY ahead - I hope)

5. Career Progression - individual contributor, don’t see myself getting promoted this FY (even if, the compensation at best 1.1x of current TC)

6. Salary - Comfortable TC, with increment that on track with inflation every year

Company B:

1. Global company

2. 5 days work in office; travelling time to office is halved compared to A

3. Job pace - moderate to fast pace; manager’s vibe seems alright; colleagues are of the same age group or younger

4. Job stability - 6.5/10 (medium-size retrenchment 6 months back, and now back to hiring mode again)

5. Career Progression - Don’t see myself getting promoted this FY

6. Salary - at least 1.2x of current TC
