Big cheap homes

Hey guys I was looking at some big cheap houses. Saw one in moss point. Looking for a forever home to have kids and stay in. Is moss point real rough? Also anywhere else in the state you guys would recommend for the largest possible but cheap houses at? I’m willing to slowly fix it. I’m a couple hours from the coast in bama. Truck driver btw don’t mind where in terms of living
