Permanent Address Question
My partner and I have been living in Vancouver for 5 years (same address) but our landlord decided that they'll be moving in this summer. Coincidentally, a project at work is looking to move me to Quebec for a year and cover living expenses so it works out somewhat nicely.
My main concern is how to deal with updating my permanent address. We intend on coming back to Vancouver after the project ends, but during this year, we won't technically have a permanent Vancouver address. So I'm thinking my options would be:
-
keep our old address even though we are being kicked out
-
temporarily use a friend's address even though we don't live there
-
use the Quebec temporary condo as an address? but means we give up our BC driver's license and be a resident of Quebec for the year?
Any advice appreciated!
