Random increase in easily irritated bumps

Male 23 and diagnosed with asthma. Hello, recently, my skin has become more irritable all around my body. It seems like if I scratch any itch anywhere, a bump will appear and slowly disappear. I’ve even gotten these bumps on the boniest parts of my knuckles.

The only reason I’m writing this is because I woke up and had bumps on the top of my ass crack from the irritation of tossing and turning.

I’ve had this unusually irritable skin bump thing for about a week. If you know anything about this, please let me know.

Oh, and I developed a sore throat today if that means anything. Seemed like I had a swollen uvula when I looked at it.
