Looking for health insurance for my father

Hi everyone, I’m trying to help my dad find health insurance in Texas and would really appreciate any advice or recommendations.

He’s 52 years old, lives in Texas, and our household income is under $45K for a family of 3 (one is an 18-year-old dependent). He had bypass surgery about 10 years ago and currently takes atorvastatin, lisinopril, and carvedilol daily.
