How stupid it is that when I empathise with somehow else to give them genuine advice and empathy that you all still need to turn it into a judging competition

People ultimately have their own decisions to make. No one will really be so fucking brainwashed to listen to another's opinions unless it stucks. You downvote and argue with me out of nothing but to defend your own feelings and situation, not realising that dealing with a parent's impending death along with grief and regrets are just as traumatic as being stuck in codependency.
